Graham Sharp

Graham teaches Viniyoga in a variety of learning environments, including “Mindfulness Meditation” coaching processes, corporate “Wellness” and Stress Management programs. Graham has adopted the Viniyoga discipline due to its emphasis on breath-centric movement, the adaptation of postures for individual benefit and structured, flexible exercise sequencing. These have proved instrumental in bringing about physical and psychological transformation, health and happiness in his students.
Graham has trained with the 500 hour “AVI Viniyoga Foundations Program for Teaching and Yoga Therapy” in the U.S.A.. His interest in Eastern philosophy and exercise arts has been lifelong and began as a practitioner of judo and kung fu.
