The constant pressure of life (resulting in poor eating habits, reduced sleep, stress etc.) can lead to a real dip in energy.  The immune system becomes compromised and the body becomes susceptible to colds, infections and other illnesses. It can even affect us psychologically.
Our ‘yoga and detox’ week is all about bringing back a healthy balance to mind and body. By the end of the week you will feel lighter, more relaxed and more energetic and vibrant.
