Available during weeks when we are not running our holidays. You can enjoy our facilities and the immediate natural beauty of the mountains and sea. Personal retreats are self catering but there are also good tavernas for lunch and dinner in the local villages.
You can join the drop-in classes at the centre - yoga, qi gong and meditation. Therapy sessions such as shiatsu, aromatherapy, Thai yoga massage, reiki, dream healing and life coaching can be booked during your stay.
