Walking and Yoga Holidays

From September to May we offer combined yoga and walking holidays. During the week there are 5 guided local walks and 4 yoga classes. Download one of our walks featured in the magazine Manifest. The walking combines local mountain village hikes, coastal walks and amazing gorge walks. There is plenty of rich local history and a natural environment full of unique plants and interesting wildlife. There are two half days off allowing the chance to just relax, read, explore or sit in a local cafe and watch the world go by. You can still swim comfortably till the end of October. Our hardier guests swim all year round!

Yoga and walking are a wonderful combination and complement each other perfectly.The yoga is suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners. You will be guided through the class at the level appropriate to your experience. Don't forget all the classes are optional so you can come just for the walking or take as many classes as you like.
