Spend a week nurturing mind and body.
The yoga taught during this week is a strong Hatha yoga (Iyengar Yoga).
The Pilates is the traditional mat based Pilates as taught by Joseph Pilates. Pilates are body conditioning exercises that help to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominal, arms and back.
During this week there are 5 yoga classes and five Pilates classes.
Like all Sol holistic holidays there will be plenty of time to rest and explore our beautiful surroundings.
